        authorized personnel of retail establishments utilizing the Updata POS infrastructure.

        To provide retail management services, UpdataTablet may access or process the following types of information:
        Authentication Data: Usernames and encrypted credentials to verify authorized access to your local or cloud Updata server.
        Operational Data: Information regarding inventory, departments, receiving logs, and real-time sales monitoring.
        Device Information: Technical data such as device model and OS version to ensure application stability and performance.

3. Data Storage and Security
        Local Infrastructure: UpdataTablet acts as a mobile interface for your existing Updata POS environment. Most operational data resides 
        on your designated servers.
        Encryption: All communication between the iPad application and the backend API is secured using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption 
        (HTTPS).
        Protection: We implement rigorous technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to the management dashboard.

4. Third-Party Sharing
        We do not sell, trade, or rent business or personal data to third parties. Data is only processed to fulfill the functional requirements 
        of the Updata POS system.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
        Data managed through the app is retained according to the business agreement between the retail establishment and RBR-LINK. Users wishing 
        to request data deletion or account deactivation should contact their system administrator or our support team directly.
